On the first floor of
the main house we have a large roof terrace with tables, chairs,
deckchairs, and a barbeque place. If you don't feel like going to
the beach, you can take a sunbath in the deckchairs. It's nice
sitting at the terrace at night, maybe preparing a barbeque. Beneath
the stairs you'll find a bathroom with a shower to rinse off the
sand from the beach.

In Cachama Negra we
have lots of green areas, with a wide variety of plants and trees.
It's a place that respires peace and quietness.
Among the fruit trees
we have mango, avocado, mandarin, orange, cashew and lime. Among the
flowers there's different species of orchids, riqui riqui, so-called
emperor's cane and microphones, and cayena.

Because of the variety
of plants lots of birds come daily to find their food. With a bit of
luck you might spot a birds nest hidden in the plants. Some of the
common birds who pay us a visit are "conoto", hummingbird, and "azulejo".
When the mango tree has fruits, parrots come daily to feast on them.
Other animals who have
their home here are for example gecko's, lizards, squirrels,
caterpillars and butterflies. Sometimes you see an iguana, or an
opossum at night.
